Lessons are held every day of the week, starting at 6 in the morning and ending at 6 in the evening and we cater for all levels and ages of riders.
Your first lesson would be a private lesson to ascertain the level that you are at.
Very beginners are given a lesson in the lunge arena on a lunge line to ensure safety and the building of self-confidence.
Initially we prefer to give the first few lessons as private lessons to give individual attention and then, if you so wish, you can join a group that is at your level.
Lessons can be given on your own horse or on one of our school ponies and horses.
We have a number of horses and ponies for children and adults also all at various levels of difficulty so that you can improve in your riding at your pace.
We offer a special price for groups that come from schools on specific days. These children are brought to the stables after school, have a lesson and then taken home. They are welcome to enter shows on our horses.
Our current instructors: Marion Clough FEI Level 2, Paul Hart International competitor and Gina Heynis who is our Stable Manager.
All lessons are well planned and aimed at improving various aspects of the horse and rider.
Class numbers are kept low for safety and individual attention. All our horses and ponies know their jobs and are safe and particular care is taken to match rider to horse.
